Extensive Financial Service and Credit Advisory Program
Through our Extensive Financial Service and Credit Advisory Program (EFSCAP) , we offer a full-range of financial and credit services.
We are currently able to offer two major sub programs:
- Short Term Credit Facility (1 to 6 months)
- Medium- to Long-term Export Credit Finance (1 to 3 years)
Short Term Credit Facility
Under the Short Term Credit Facility, we are able to provide payment terms allowing you to minimize your downtime due to financial restrictions.
What we need:
Recent financial records An indication of the initial business volume What we offer: Upon verification of the submitted financial records and subject to approval of the Dutch Government:
- Payment terms up to six months, depending on the type of transaction and amount involved.
Cost implications:
- No interest will be charged
- Premium between 1% and 2.5% per annum, based on credit period
- Medium to Long Term Export Credit Finance
Medium-to Long-term Export Credit Finance
This program is mainly for transactions exceeding the amount of USD 3 million, relating to capital goods such as aircraft, engines, major repairs, supply of ground support equipment and/or a combination of the above. The credit will be provided in the form of a suppliers or buyers credit based on the customer’s preference. Such agreements are subject to the policy of the Dutch Government and verification of recent financial records.
Cost implications:
- Interest fixed or floating, based LIBOR +
- Premium will vary depending on country risk
