The goals and objectives based on the Mission Statement are:
- To implement and maintain a Quality Management System in accordance with NEN-ISO 9001:2000 and dedicated Aviation parts supplier's Quality Management Systems, such as AS 9120:2002, ATA 106, FAA AC 00:56 and EASA 145 regulations, while securing and providing superior products and services to our customers with the aim of constant improvement.
- To develop new products and services, aimed at providing our customers with superior support.
- To secure long-term Vendor/Supplier support to guarantee long-term quality support for our customers.
- To encourage and stimulate our employees to contribute to the implementation and execution of the Mission Statement and allow them to share in the success of the company by creating and maintaining a working environment which supports them in their personal life.
- To ensure that our business partners share in our success through our high-quality support and services we deliver.
- To ensure that our shareholders receive a substantial return on their investment through continuous, controlled growth and cost control.
